Sometimes we see more in black and white. Without the distraction of color, we see the subtle variation in lighting, and the simple beauty of geometric shapes, in this street scene from my hood.
A New York Minute /
I love photographing families in motion. And the Edwards family is 100% on board with that. We took a leisure stroll in their familiar neighborhood of Tribeca. Christmas was in the air. The girls giggled nonstop as they checked out the holiday decoration outside Bubby's. Abby, the three year old, insisted on walking by herself, whereas her elder sister happily held hands with her mom. When the girls blew bubbles, the pure joy in their eyes made me smile. Their laughter reminded me of my own little boy, who loves blowing bubbles for his puppy brother. It is a privilege to be a family photographer. I am grateful to my clients, who allow me the opportunity to capture the sweet moments in their life.
